Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to $15 an hour (depending on experience and final interview evaluation)

Day to day Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective Amazon advertising strategies.
• Spearhead the planning, execution, and management of launch campaigns for multiple new products every week, ensuring successful market entry, brand exposure, and timely campaign delivery.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize ad campaigns for maximum visibility and conversion.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve KPIs and business objectives while maintaining a strong focus on ROI.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Drive automation initiatives within the Amazon advertising process, utilizing tools and technologies to streamline campaign management and reporting, resulting in increased efficiency and scalability.
• Standardize advertising processes and develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to enhance product listings, ensuring they are optimized for search and conversion.
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon's advertising trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the highest level of campaign performance.
• Work closely with the Business team to align advertising strategies with overall marketing and sales goals.
• Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders on advertising performance and market trends.

Experience and Qualities we look for:

• Able to demonstrate with 2-3 years experience as Amazon Advertising Specialist, or equivalent roles.
• Experience as manager or in a senior role is preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of managing successful Amazon advertising campaigns with measurable results.
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon's advertising platform, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Advertising.
• Amazon DSP experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI & Chat GPT tools to improve efficiency while maintaining quality of output.
• Familiarity with e-commerce trends, Amazon's search algorithm, and SEO best practices is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Amazon advertising or e-commerce platforms are a bonus.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work with little to no supervision.
• Able to multitask and manage daily tasks effectively to maximize productivity.
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels throughout an organization in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
• Experience working on various projects and growth initiatives.
• Responsive, prompt and positively communicates with peers using avenues such as email, group chat or other messaging platforms.
• Possess rigorous attention to detail and impeccable work ethics.
• Able to work in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (UTC-05:00).
• Has a conducive work-from-home setup and a stable internet connection for team and client meetings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets User.
• Familiarity with online meeting applications like Google Meets and Zoom.

Bonus points:

• E-commerce experience (eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify, etc.)
• Familiarity with Asana, Slack, Hubstaff and Google Suites.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related courses.
• Experience handling influencer programs.
• Have worked in an agency setting.
