This role is responsible for running deployments of Customer Product tools globally, consulting, and effectively configuring sites to meet clients’ needs within the platform offering. You will provide subject matter expertise to different teams such as Commercial, Product Development, and Support, among others.

Compensation and Benefits

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from \(85,000 to \)170,000. This range includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role, with actual salary based on experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. This role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Award plan, rewarding participants based on company and individual performance.

Skills

• Knowledge of corporate travel.
• Familiarity with multiple GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Apollo/Galileo) and online booking tools (KDS, Concur, GetThere & others).
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of web/internet/server technologies.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
• Previous project management experience is desired.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end implementation/deployment of customer product tools across markets globally.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans on applicable projects.
• Coordinate discussions with clients to set expectations and resolve issues.
• Configure, test, and conduct troubleshooting of site.
• Contribute to standard processes to improve quality and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and business partners across global Amex GBT locations.
• Update management on implementation status and participate in team meetings.
• Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with Product Development.
