Responsibilities:

1. Classifying documents that are easy to identify, orienting, repairing, and removing objects like staples and paperclips from documents are all part of prepping. The quality processing of filmed documents, as well as the calibration, loading, and cleaning of microfilm equipment, are all part of microfilm. After documents have been scanned, Data Capture involves finding key data and entering the alphanumeric data into the appropriate database in accordance with customer requirements 5. Notifies supervisor of potential dangers and demonstrates a high level of safety awareness.

7. Must be able to successfully perform one of the following imaging tasks:

Capabilities:

Secondary School Certificate or GED.
Requires six months to a year of general office experience.
two years of prior experience scanning.

The Must-Haves:

Sitting and typing on a computer (with a keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or an adding machine are examples of physical demands associated with activities or conditions that require a significant amount of time.
Walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping are all examples of physical demands.
May necessitate occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of up to 25 pounds. “The starting salary for this position is $14.50; However, the offered base pay may vary based on job-related experience, knowledge, and skills. Depending on the position offered, bonus opportunities may be included in the compensation package along with a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
