Job Summary: Responsible for a variety of reception and administrative tasks. Duties of the Receptionist include providing support to staff and member/families as needed, assisting in some daily office needs, answering and directing phone calls, and welcoming and directing guests and visitors and members, as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls. Take messages as needed

- Welcome guests and visitors to Wings and direct to staff as needed

- Be the main point of contact and direction for guests and visitors

- Assist in creating and maintaining presentations for tours, groups, meetings, etc.

- Act as the point of contact for internal and external visitors and guests

- Assist with conference room scheduling

- Respond to customer inquiries, such as general questions and information

- Assist with some clerical tasks

- Receive and assist in sorting mail

- Maintain confidential records, as needed

- All other duties as may be required
