Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in adult or family care nursing.
Prior experience in remote or telehealth nursing is highly desirable.
Experience working with chronic diseases, long-term care, or disability management.
Previous roles in home health or hospice care would be advantageous.

Working Hours:

Flexible remote working hours.
Full-time and part-time positions available.
