Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining meticulous accuracy in all transactions.
• Ensure that all travel information is current and correct.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and assist them in arranging their itineraries, including flights, cruises, theme park visits, hotel stays, and car rentals.
• Successfully complete required certifications within specified timeframes.
• Engage in ongoing training sessions with our organization and travel partners to enhance your skills.
• Maintain reliable internet access along with a smartphone and/or computer to facilitate your work.
• Strategically plan and promote various accommodations and travel experiences.
• Conduct thorough research to find the best pricing and options tailored to our clients’ needs.

Qualifications:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must reside in the United States.
• While 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English is essential.
• Strong organizational skills are a must to manage client needs effectively.
