Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into our systems from various sources, including handwritten documents and digital files.
• Verify data accuracy by reviewing and cross-referencing information.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
• Generate and manage reports as required.
• Correct errors and inconsistencies in data entry.
• Assist with data organization and data cleansing projects.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 WPM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with data management systems and databases.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry, clerical work, or a related field.
• Experience working remotely is preferred but not required.

Working Hours
