What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Develop and implement effective selling skills while managing an assigned customer account base
• Solicit automotive-related products to grow and maintain long-term business relationships
• Utilize CRM tools and data analysis to maximize customer potential and document account activity
• Prepare yearly budgets for assigned customer base, focusing on new customer development
• Maintain a current knowledge of automotive products and market developments

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or automotive aftermarket sales
• Extensive knowledge of automotive parts; import knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in using technology tools for customer management and data entry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and adapt positively to a changing environment
