1. Lead and manage the Live Digital Program Management team to ensure successful execution of live digital programs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, marketing, and technical teams, to develop and implement program strategies.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors for live event production and distribution.
4. Oversee the creation and management of project plans, budgets, and timelines for live digital programs.
5. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and processes to improve the live streaming experience for subscribers.
6. Monitor and analyze program performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
7. Develop and maintain program management best practices and processes to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
8. Communicate program updates, progress, and challenges to senior leadership and stakeholders.
9. Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in live streaming and entertainment to drive innovation and stay competitive in the market.

Job Qualifications

• Extensive Experience In Live Digital Program Management: A Senior Manager At Netflix Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Live Digital Programs, Such As Live Streaming Events Or Live Interactive Experiences. This Includes Understanding The Technical Requirements, Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams, And Ensuring A Flawless Execution.
• Strong Leadership Skills: As A Leader In The Digital Program Management Team, The Senior Manager Must Be Able To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Of Program Managers, Project Managers, And Coordinators. This Includes Setting Clear Goals, Providing Guidance And Support, And Fostering A Collaborative And Innovative Work Culture.
• In-Depth Knowledge Of Digital Content Delivery: Netflix Is A Streaming Giant, And A Senior Manager Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Digital Content Delivery Landscape. This Includes Knowledge Of Various Streaming Technologies, Content Distribution Platforms, And Industry Trends, To Ensure The Best Possible User Experience For Netflix's Live Events.
• Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: The Senior Manager Will Be Responsible For Liaising With Various Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Content Creators, Production Teams, And Technology Partners. Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Manage Multiple Relationships Is Crucial To The Success Of This Role.
• Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: As A Senior Leader At Netflix, The Senior Manager Must Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Skills And The Ability To Identify And Solve Complex Problems. This Includes Anticipating Potential Roadblocks And Developing Contingency Plans, As Well As Continuously Seeking Ways To Improve And Innovate The Live Digital Program Management Process At Netflix.
