Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers offering T-Mobile products and services (like their hot new 5G internet service, cell phone products, and more)- Utilize telemarketing techniques and carefully crafted scripts and rebuttals to promote products and services and close sales effectively- Accept customer credit card payments over the phone- Use T-Mobile's CRM software to track and manage leads and sales- Communicate product features and benefits to potential customers- Follow up with leads and provide exceptional customer service- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Skills:- Strong business development skills with a proven track record of success- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English- Experience closing sales in a call center, outbound calling or telemarketing environment- Knowledge of technical sales or software sales is a plus- Ability to effectively market and sell products or services- Proficiency in using CRM software, to manage leads and track progress- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills- Experience asking for and processing customer credit card payments over the phone
- Must be goal oriented, self-motivated, and have a competitive attitude- Must be professional, well-spoken, and possess the ability to connect with the consumer- All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check
All Applicants Must Have The Following:- Compatible desktop or laptop computer (PC or Mac)- High-speed internet with a hardwired connection and a modem- USB headset (cannot be wireless)
Compensation, Benefits and Perks:- $15.50 per hour, paid weekly, plus commission- Two weeks of PAID TRAINING with our elite training professionals, without ever having to leave the comfort of your home. Training classes run Monday - Friday, between 11:00AM 6:30PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

The schedule we are offering is: 1:30PM to 9:00PM, with Sunday and one weekday off. Do you have a quiet, private, professional area in your home that you are able to work out of? Please note that during the two weeks of training, you will be required to be on video via Zoom during class, do loud noises and distractions will not be acceptable during this time.
There will be a two week, paid training class that will run Monday through Friday from 11:00AM to 6:30PM EST. You will receive one a one hour lunch break and multiple 30 minute breaks throughout the day to break things up. You may not miss ANY time during those two weeks of training. Do you agree to the training schedule and attendance requirements if selected for this position?
Do you currently own a USB headset (cannot be wireless). If not, that is okay. One may be purchased for little money at some point before you start working and we can recommend some highly affordable brands and models for you to consider.
