Job Overview:

The Warehouse Associate will assist the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day operations and help maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment. This role will be critical in supporting inventory management, stocking, logistics, and ensuring that both the warehouse interior and exterior are well-maintained. The Warehouse Associate will also be responsible for basic duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of the grounds and assisting with the upkeep of warehouse tools and equipment. This does require heavy lifting at times. Occasional paid travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Support: Assist the Warehouse Manager in daily operations, including receiving, stocking, and shipping products.

Inventory Control: Help manage the warehouse inventory, ensuring products are properly labeled, stored, and tracked.

Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

Groundskeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse grounds, including sweeping, trash removal, and ensuring walkways are clear.

Logistics Assistance: Support the team in loading/unloading deliveries and maintaining the efficiency of the distribution process.

Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the basic upkeep of warehouse tools and equipment.

Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management preferred but not required.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly wage of $20 per hour.
