• Responsible for maintenance and enhancements to configuration of Marketing Services request queues in Adobe Workfront.
• Responsible for integrations and configuration via Fusion.
• Works collaboratively to iterate through design, development, and test to successfully deliver new Workfront workflows, capabilities, and integrations
• Implements solutions and monitors to improve the existing Workfront configuration and ensure overall system health
• Trouble-shoot user or system issues and implements solutions
• Manage the technical aspect of new user onboarding
• Stay in-tune with current and upcoming Workfront and Workfront Fusion product enhancements and releases
• Drives initiatives and seeks to achieve the intended outcome(s) of work items in a self-directed fashion
• Collaborates with teams to identify approach, dependencies, tasks, and seek opportunities for automation

Required Skills And Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience working as a Workfront Administrator
• 2+years of experience working as a Workfront Fusion Integration Engineer
• Adobe Workfront Certification(s) – Developer and/or Project Manager
• Experience creating integrations between a variety of platforms, products and solutions
• A proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to implement complex business solutions
• Strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently with strong work ethic
