Job Title: Content Moderator

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Content Moderator who’s passionate about making the internet a safer and more engaging place for everyone. As a key member of our moderation team, you’ll be responsible for reviewing user-generated content (text, images, and videos) to ensure it complies with our community guidelines and policies.

You’ll use your keen eye for detail and sound judgment to identify inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content. This role is essential in maintaining a positive user experience and fostering a healthy digital community.

Identify trends in content and flag emerging issues that may require updated policies.
Collaborate with other moderators and team leads to refine moderation processes and standards.
Provide feedback on platform tools and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Who You Are:

Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
Comfortable with reviewing sensitive or explicit content.
Excellent communication skills to report findings and escalate issues.

Experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
