Prepares client/consultant for renewal by explaining cost drivers of benefit plan and offers solutions to reduce costs, including formulating complex financial decision recommendations for customer leadership. Partners with assigned VP Client Management where applicable on strategy.nnSupports New Business Sales team by participating in finalist meetings for new business.nnDevelops, maintains and executes strategic cross-functional annual business and account strategy plans by customer that reflects the customer’s business objectives and how Aetna solutions align with those objectives to achieve our operational, financial, network, clinical and relationship initiatives; leveraging industry trends and market dynamics and ability to tie these levers to the Customer's/Account Strategy.nnWorks collaboratively within Aetna and across business functions to ensure customer needs are understood and key issues are addressed.nnReviews and consultatively presents customer reporting with meaningful analytics, trending, and insightful recommendations for additional programs and services.nn·nnRequired to communicate with internal and external parties via telephone and/or in person. May require travel to offsite locations for in-person meetingsnnStrong presentation skills are a must.nnExperience:nn· 5+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in National Accounts, working with large and complex customers.nn· Health & Life license.nnEducation:nn· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work expereince.nnPay RangennThe typical pay range for this role is:nn$60,400.00 - $139,240.20nnThis pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
