Provide comprehensive primary care services to members in accordance with Aetna's standards and guidelines.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in collaboration with the primary care team.

Act as a patient advocate and promote health and wellness within the community.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with patients and other healthcare team members.
Stay current with developments and advancements in the healthcare field.
Attend and participate in meetings, trainings, and conferences, as required.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
